About me
Personal development as the key to success – also for companies
My own journey started early: at the age of 14, when I discovered the book You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay, I began to explore personal development. It helped me overcome my test anxiety at the time and showed me a profound truth: if we allow it, we are not victims of our circumstances, but the creators of our own lives.
This realization had a lasting impact on me and led to my intensive exploration of mental strength, mindset work and personal growth – not just in theory, but in practice.
Today, I support not only individuals but also companies in successfully shaping change processes.
Because the courage to change is the key to sustainable success – for individuals as well as for companies.
